Tan Phuoc Furniture (Tan Phuoc Co., Ltd) is a Vietnamese factory (Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City; more than 10 years in the business) that manufactures solid-wood baby cribs and cots, nursery sets and changing dressers, children's bunk beds and house beds, dressers and storage, bathroom vanities and home furniture. We work as an OEM/ODM supplier for importers, brands and retailers.

Tan Phuoc Furniture makes solid-wood bunk beds and loft beds in Ho Chi Minh City. We hold a third-party test report for our bunk beds to ASTM F1427 / 16 CFR 1513 (US) and share it with qualified buyers on request. Australian / New Zealand versions are designed to AS/NZS 4220, with testing arranged per order. A report applies to the model that was tested, so tell us the model and the destination market when you ask.

It differs by factory. Factory-direct OEM orders for cribs and cots commonly start at around 40–100 units per model, and some factories set the minimum per container instead. At Tan Phuoc Furniture the MOQ is one 40HQ container per order, with up to 3–4 different models mixed in the same container.

Our main markets are the United States (about 50%) and Australia / New Zealand (about 40%); the rest (about 10%) goes to Canada, Europe and other markets. We build crib and cot models to each destination's rules: mandatory standards in the United States (16 CFR 1219), Canada (SOR/2016-152), Australia and New Zealand (AS/NZS 2172), and EN 716 for EU buyers.
