Vanity styles we manufacture
Our vanity range includes shaker-style, barn-door, fluted and rattan-door cabinets, and vanities with open baskets, in white, sage green, natural oak and light oak finishes. Models are available in 36, 48 and 60 inch widths.
These models show what the factory can build. We also make vanities to your drawings, with your size, door style, wood and finish.
Why knock-down vanities
A knock-down vanity ships as flat panels, doors and a hardware pack in export cartons, which loads more cabinets into a 40HQ than assembled furniture and lowers freight per unit. We engineer the joints and the carton layout so that the cabinet assembles squarely and the doors align.
Ask us for the carton dimensions and a loading plan for your model: the number of vanities per container depends on the size and on the other models in the mix, so we confirm it in each quotation.
Door styles, finishes and sizes
Shaker doors give a classic look, barn doors save space in a small bathroom, fluted fronts add texture and rattan doors suit a natural scheme. Open baskets replace drawers in some models. The 36 inch size suits a small bathroom, the 48 inch size suits a single basin and the 60 inch size can take a double basin.
Colour and finish are stated for each model and can be matched to your range. Send us the size, the door style and the finish you need and we confirm what is possible in the quotation.
Materials, finish and testing
Materials and finish are stated for each model. For the panels, we hold SGS Vietnam formaldehyde emission reports for MDF and plywood, with limits referenced to AS/NZS 1859.1:2017 and a result of not detected at a reporting limit of 0.15 mg/L.
Vanities are not children's products, so the crib and bed standards do not apply. Any requirement of your market for a vanity, for example for a set that includes a top or a sink, is confirmed with you in the quotation. US import duties on wooden vanities depend on the HTS classification and on the trade actions in force, so confirm them with a customs broker before you order.

Quality control and inspection
We run in-line QC at each production stage and send weekly photo updates. Samples go to your nominated laboratory before production starts, and you or your own third party can inspect before shipment. A changed design is tested again.

How an OEM / ODM order runs
- Brief: send drawings or photos, the target market and the quantity.
- Engineering and quote: we check the design against the standard of your market and quote FOB.
- Sample: a prototype in about 10 working days, with photos and video for approval.
- Testing: the sample goes to your nominated laboratory, or an accredited lab we arrange.
- Production: 40–60 days from the deposit, with in-line QC and weekly photo updates.
- Inspection and shipping: pre-shipment inspection by you or your third party, then loading at Cat Lai port.

What vanity sizes do you make?
Our models come in 36, 48 and 60 inch widths. Other sizes, door styles, woods and finishes are made to your drawing.
Are your vanities supplied knock-down?
Yes. Vanities ship flat-pack (knock-down) in export cartons with a hardware pack, which lowers freight per unit compared with assembled cabinets.
Do you supply the countertop and sink?
What is included in a set differs by model, and we confirm it in each quotation. Tell us whether you need the cabinet only or a full set.
What materials are your vanities made of?

What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is one 40HQ container per order, and you can mix up to 3–4 different models in it.
