Frequently asked questions
What does Tan Phuoc Furniture make?
Tan Phuoc Furniture (Tan Phuoc Co., Ltd) is a Vietnamese factory (founded 2007, Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) that manufactures solid-wood baby cribs and cots, nursery sets and changing dressers, children's bunk beds and house beds, dressers and storage, bathroom vanities and oak home furniture. We work as an OEM/ODM supplier for importers, brands and retailers.
Which markets do you export to?
Most of our output goes to North America (about 70%), with the rest to Europe and other markets. We build crib and cot models to each destination's rules: mandatory standards in the United States (16 CFR 1219), Canada (SOR/2016-152), Australia and New Zealand (AS/NZS 2172), and EN 716 for EU buyers.
Do your cribs meet US and Australian standards?
Yes. Crib models for the US are built to ASTM F1169 as adopted in 16 CFR 1219 (full-size cribs), and cot models for Australia and New Zealand to AS/NZS 2172; EU versions follow EN 716. We hold third-party lab test reports for our crib models and share them with qualified buyers on request. A new design or material change requires new testing for the destination market.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
One 40HQ container per order (up to 2 different sets can be mixed in one container); 100 sets per model.
What is the lead time?
Samples take about 10 working days. Delivery to Ho Chi Minh City port is about 50 days from deposit for the first container and about 10 days for each following container. You receive weekly production updates with photos.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
FOB Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai port). Payment by T/T or L/C in USD.
Can you produce our own design and label (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We produce to buyer drawings (OEM), develop designs with our in-house design team (ODM), and supply buyer labels, warning labels, instruction manuals and retail-ready packaging.
Where is Tan Phuoc Furniture located?
Plot No. 77, 80, Map Sheet No. 10, Quarter 3, Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam, about 25 km from the city centre. Before Vietnam's July 2025 administrative merger the same site was addressed as Hoi Nghia Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province, so older documents and listings show that address. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30–17:00 Vietnam time.
Is Tan Phuoc Furniture the same company as Tan Phuoc in Quy Nhon?
No. Tan Phuoc Co., Ltd (tax code 3700805012) in Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Binh Duong, makes solid-wood baby, children's and home furniture. It is not affiliated with other Vietnamese companies named Tan Phuoc, such as the outdoor-furniture manufacturer in Quy Nhon. Our only websites are tpf.vn and noithatthongminh.co, and our email domain is @tpf.vn.
What woods and finishes do you use?
Rubberwood, pine, ash and oak, with MDF where specified. Children's products use water-based, lead-free, non-toxic paint. Furniture is knock-down (flat-pack) in 5-ply export cartons with corner and paper-pulp protection, designed for carton drop testing.
Why source children's furniture from Vietnam?
Vietnam combines a deep wood-furniture supply base with experience exporting to the US, Australia and EU. Many importers use Vietnamese factories to diversify away from China. Duties depend on the product's HTS code and current US trade actions, so confirm the rate with your customs broker before ordering.
