What flat-pack means for your order
Flat-pack (knock-down, or KD) furniture is packed as flat panels, rails and a hardware pack, and the end customer assembles it. It loads more units into a 40HQ container than assembled furniture, which keeps freight per unit down, and it travels in 5-ply export cartons with corner and paper-pulp protection, designed for carton drop testing.
Our design team engineers the knock-down joints so that the product still meets the structural and safety tests of your market once assembled.

ASTM standards by product
- Cribs: ASTM F1169 as adopted in 16 CFR 1219. We hold SGS Vietnam reports.
- Bunk beds: ASTM F1427 as adopted in 16 CFR 1513. We hold Intertek Vietnam reports.
- Dressers: ASTM F2057 and the STURDY Act rule, 16 CFR 1261. We hold SGS Vietnam reports.
- Changing tables: designed to ASTM F2388 / 16 CFR 1235 and tested per order.
- Paint: lead in surface coatings to 16 CFR 1303 under CPSIA, with an SGS Vietnam lead and phthalates report.
A report applies to the model that was tested, and a changed design is tested again.
Standards were checked in October 2026. Regulations change, so confirm the requirements for your exact product with your testing lab or compliance consultant.

Mixing models in one container
You do not need a full container of one model. The MOQ is one 40HQ per order with up to 3–4 models mixed, so an importer can combine, for example, a crib, a dresser and a bunk bed in the same shipment.
What we supply with every order
- Your label and logo on the product and the carton.
- Warning labels and assembly instructions in the wording of your market (US, AU/NZ, EU).
- CPSIA tracking labels for US children's products, and registration cards for durable infant products such as cribs.
- A hardware pack, and an anti-tip kit for dressers on request.
- 5-ply export cartons with corner and paper-pulp protection, designed for carton drop testing.
Quality control and inspection
We run in-line QC at each production stage and send weekly photo updates. Samples go to your nominated laboratory before production starts, and you or your own third party can inspect before shipment. A changed design is tested again.

FAQ
What does flat-pack (KD) mean?
Knock-down (KD) furniture ships as flat parts with a hardware pack and instructions, and is assembled by the end customer. It uses less container space than assembled furniture.
Which ASTM standards do your products meet?
We hold third-party reports for ASTM F1169 (cribs), ASTM F1427 (bunk beds) and ASTM F2057 (dressers). Changing tables are designed to ASTM F2388 and tested per order.
Can I mix cribs, beds and dressers in one container?
Yes. One 40HQ can carry up to 3–4 different models mixed, which is the MOQ.
How long does an order take?
A sample takes about 10 working days. Production takes 40–60 days from the deposit, depending on the model, followed by ocean freight.
Can you make it to my own design?
Yes. We work as an OEM supplier to your drawings and as an ODM developer from your brief. Our design team checks the design against the standard of your market before the sample.
What are the payment and price terms?
Prices are FOB Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai port) in USD. Payment is by T/T, with a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. We supply importers, brands and retailers by the container and do not publish retail prices.
