What the nursery range covers
Our nursery furniture covers cribs and cots, crib and changing-dresser sets, dressers with a changing tray, nightstands and matching storage. Models are built in solid wood or engineered wood panels, with the material and finish stated for each model, in natural wood, white, grey and green.
Building a nursery range as a family
A nursery range works as a family: a crib, a changing dresser or dresser and a nightstand that share one finish and one hardware style. Our design team can develop the whole family from one brief or one reference photo, and the knock-down joints are engineered so each piece assembles squarely.
Because the MOQ is one 40HQ with up to 3–4 models mixed, a first order can combine a crib, a changing dresser and a dresser from the same family in one container. Finish and colour are stated for each model and can be changed on request.
OEM or ODM: which one you need
- OEM: you bring a finished design or drawings and we build it under your brand, with your label and logo.
- ODM: you bring a brief, a reference photo or a target market, and our design team of 4–6 people develops the product with you, including the knock-down joints.
- Either way, the design is checked against the standard of your market before the sample is made.
Standards and testing for nursery products
- Cribs and cots: ASTM F1169 / 16 CFR 1219 (US) and AS/NZS 2172 (Australia, New Zealand); we hold SGS Vietnam reports for both.
- Changing tables: designed to ASTM F2388 / 16 CFR 1235 and tested per order; we do not publish a test report for changing tables.
- Dressers: ASTM F2057 / 16 CFR 1261 (STURDY Act); we hold SGS Vietnam reports for dressers.
- Materials: formaldehyde emission reports for MDF and plywood panels, and a CPSIA lead and phthalates report.
A report applies to the model that was tested, and a changed design is tested again.

What we supply with every order
- Your label and logo on the product and the carton.
- Warning labels and assembly instructions in the wording of your market (US, AU/NZ, EU).
- CPSIA tracking labels for US children's products, and registration cards for durable infant products such as cribs.
- A hardware pack, and an anti-tip kit for dressers on request.
- 5-ply export cartons with corner and paper-pulp protection, designed for carton drop testing.

- Your target market, so that we check the design against the right standard.
- The quantity you plan to order, for example one 40HQ.
- Wood, finish and colour, if you have a preference.
- Your label, packaging and manual requirements.

We reply by email with a quotation, the MOQ and the lead time.
How an OEM / ODM order runs
- Brief: send drawings or photos, the target market and the quantity.
- Engineering and quote: we check the design against the standard of your market and quote FOB.
- Sample: a prototype in about 10 working days, with photos and video for approval.
- Testing: the sample goes to your nominated laboratory, or an accredited lab we arrange.
- Production: 40–60 days from the deposit, with in-line QC and weekly photo updates.
- Inspection and shipping: pre-shipment inspection by you or your third party, then loading at Cat Lai port.

Do you make nursery furniture under my brand?
Yes. Your label and logo go on the product and the carton, and we supply warning labels and assembly instructions in the wording of your market.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM at Tan Phuoc?
With OEM we build to your finished design. With ODM our design team develops the product with you from a brief, and you own the result for your market.
Are your changing tables tested?
Changing tables are designed to ASTM F2388 / 16 CFR 1235 and tested per order. We do not publish a test report for them.
What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is one 40HQ container per order, and you can mix up to 3–4 different models in it.
How long does an order take?
A sample takes about 10 working days. Production takes 40–60 days from the deposit, depending on the model, followed by ocean freight.
What are the payment and price terms?
Prices are FOB Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai port) in USD. Payment is by T/T, with a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. We supply importers, brands and retailers by the container and do not publish retail prices.
