OEM & ODM furniture manufacturing

We build furniture under your brand. Bring a finished design (OEM) or a brief, and our 21–30-person design team develops it with you (ODM). MOQ is one 40HQ container (up to 2 different sets mixed), 100 sets per model.

How a programme runs

1. Brief Send drawings, photos, target price, quantity and destination market. We reply within one business day.
2. Engineering & quote Our design team checks the design against the market standard (e.g. ASTM F1169 slat spacing, AS/NZS 2172 dimensions), suggests material and KD-joint changes, and quotes FOB.
3. Sample Prototype in about 10 working days; photos and video for approval, physical sample by courier.
4. Testing Sample sent to your nominated lab, or an accredited lab we arrange, for destination-market testing (CPSC-accepted lab for US children's products).
5. Production About 50 days from deposit for the first container (~10 days for following containers), in-line QC at each stage and weekly photo updates.
6. Inspection & shipping Pre-shipment inspection by you or your third party; loading at Cat Lai port, Ho Chi Minh City.

What we supply with every order

• Buyer label and logo on product and carton
• Market warning labels and assembly instructions (US, AU/NZ, EU wording)
• CPSIA tracking labels for US children's products, and registration cards for durable infant products such as cribs
• Hardware pack; anti-tip kit for dressers on request
• 5-ply export cartons designed for carton drop tests
