Cribs and cots we manufacture

Our crib range covers full-size cribs and cots built in solid wood or engineered wood panels, with the material stated for each model, and shipped flat-pack. Styles include round-corner and sleigh cribs, cribs with drawers, cribs on castors, foldable cribs with wheels and cribs with rattan panels, in natural wood, white and white-and-grey finishes.

Nursery sets pair a crib with a matching changing dresser or dresser. The same factory builds the dressers, so a set shares one finish.

Cribs built to the rule of your market

Standards were checked in October 2026. Regulations change, so confirm the requirements for your exact product with your testing lab or compliance consultant.

Test reports for our crib models

We hold SGS Vietnam test reports for our crib models: ASTM F1169-19 / 16 CFR 1219 (2020), AS/NZS 2172:2013 with AS/NZS 8124.3:2021 (2024) and AS/NZS 2172:2013 with AS/NZS ISO 8124.3 (2026). All three show a PASS result. A report applies to the model that was tested, and a changed design is tested again. Customer names and product codes are masked in the copies we publish, and full reports are shared with qualified buyers on request.

Flat-pack packing

Cribs ship knock-down in 5-ply export cartons with corner and paper-pulp protection, designed for carton drop testing. Flat-pack loads more units into a 40HQ than assembled furniture. Ask us for the carton dimensions and a loading plan for your model: the number of cribs per container depends on the model and on the other models in the mix, so we confirm it in each quotation.

FAQ

Which standards are your cribs built to?

We build each crib model to the rule of its destination: ASTM F1169 / 16 CFR 1219 for the United States, AS/NZS 2172 for Australia and New Zealand, and EN 716 versions for EU buyers.

Do you have third-party test reports for your cribs?

Yes. We hold SGS Vietnam reports for ASTM F1169 / 16 CFR 1219 and for AS/NZS 2172. They are listed on our compliance page and shared with qualified buyers on request. A report covers the model that was tested.

What is the MOQ?

The MOQ is one 40HQ container per order, and you can mix up to 3–4 different models in it.

How long does an order take?

A sample takes about 10 working days. Production takes 40–60 days from the deposit, depending on the model, followed by ocean freight.

Can you make it to my own design?

Yes. We work as an OEM supplier to your drawings and as an ODM developer from your brief. Our design team checks the design against the standard of your market before the sample.

What are the payment and price terms?

Prices are FOB Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai port) in USD. Payment is by T/T, with a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.

Do you sell to consumers?

No. We supply importers, brands and retailers by the container and do not publish retail prices.
