Privacy

How we handle the details you send us through the quote form and the chat box on this website.

Who we are

Tan Phuoc Co., Ltd (Tan Phuoc Furniture), Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. We are the party that receives and keeps what you send.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form or the chat box: your name, company, country, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company website, your message and any file you attach. We also record the page you were on, the site language and, if you came from a link with campaign tags, those tags, so that we know which model or page your question was about.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation with you. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or pass it to other companies for their marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are received by our website host (Netlify, which processes form data on our behalf) and copied into our internal enquiry records, which only our team can open. The chat box also keeps your own messages in your browser on your device, so you can see them again; clearing your browser data removes them. This website does not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and as long as we need to keep ordinary business records of it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email info@tpf.vn from the address you used and we will do it.
